Preview: DiscountMags has announced a $5.50 magazine sale for October 23–26, 2026. The weekend promotion starts Friday, October 23 at 1:05 a.m. Eastern and ends Monday, October 26 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. It has not started as of this October 22 preview.
If you have been planning a magazine purchase or looking for a reading gift, save the retailer’s sale page and return once the promotion opens. The announcement supplies the $5.50 sale price and dates, but does not list participating titles, issue counts or subscription lengths. Check the option you select rather than assuming every magazine or term costs $5.50.

How to shop when it opens
- Visit the linked promotion page after the start time above.
- Choose an included magazine and review its format, subscription length and number of issues.
- Check whether your selected offer applies to a new subscription, renewal or gift, and review any renewal conditions.
- Confirm the advertised sale price appears for your selection and review the final total before paying.
No public coupon code was supplied in the announcement. Shipping charges, delivery timing, membership requirements and detailed exclusions were not specified. Review those details on your chosen offer; this preview does not promise free shipping, a particular first-issue arrival date or a specific renewal price.
For a gift, check the delivery address and estimated first-issue timing before ordering. A low advertised price is most useful when the magazine and subscription term fit the recipient.
Also running: science and nature magazine sale
DiscountMags separately announced a science-and-nature promotion running from October 21, 2026, at 1:01 a.m. Eastern through October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. That sale is already within its announced window as of October 22.
The retailer did not quote a science-and-nature price in this announcement. Its pricing is separate from the upcoming $5.50 weekend sale, so do not assume the same price applies.
