Welspun Group has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit of $36 million dollars over concerns their towels, comforters, sheets and other home linen items were advertised as being Egyptian cotton or Pima Cotton and they were found to not be as claimed.
Welspun sells their items at major retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot and Wayfair. Consumers can claim up to $9.20 per item if they purchased Welspun linen items from 2012 to 2019. For more info and to file, click below.
