What the $7.88 offer includes
The Amazon listing checked on October 12, 2026 shows the SILENART eight-pack in Multicolor at $7.88. That works out to 98.5 cents per marker, before tax or shipping. The listing describes bold-point liquid-chalk markers with water-based ink; they are markers rather than sticks of traditional chalk.
Check your board before choosing these
The seller lists glass, mirrors, windows, acrylic boards and other nonporous surfaces among the uses. Check your board maker’s instructions before using liquid chalk, and test a small hidden area first. A reusable menu board or window sign needs both readable lettering and a surface you can clean; do not assume every surface sold as a chalkboard has the same finish.
Compare packs using cost per marker
An eight-marker set at $7.88 has a lower upfront price than a $10 ten-marker set, but the latter example costs $1 per marker versus 98.5 cents here. Compare tip size, colors and surface suitability as well as quantity. The $10 set is an arithmetic example, not a verified competing offer.
The listing also displayed a separate “save 15% on three selected items” promotion when checked. It is not included in the $7.88 calculation and may require other eligible purchases. Check its full terms before adding items solely to reach a promotion. This check confirms the displayed listing price, not a historical discount or a guarantee for every account.
