Offer details
DashPass Drops appear under the profile button in the DoorDash app (iOS 8.33.0+ or Android 15.290.0+). Each drop is available only for one hour or until 10,000 claims are made. Members can claim one offer per drop, which must be used by its expiration date. Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Plan around the claim window
The reported drop window is 4–5 PM Eastern. Set a reminder in your own time zone and check the account that has the eligible DashPass membership. The limit of 10,000 claims means the reported hour is a maximum window, not a promise that an offer will remain available until 5 PM.
October 13 is the final Tuesday in the reported September 1–October 13 period. Do not assume this schedule continues the following week. If you are reading after that date, check DoorDash for a new promotion rather than relying on this announcement.
Check the claimed offer before ordering
A successful claim and a completed redemption are separate steps. Read the offer in your account for its expiration, eligible order, and any spending requirement before placing an order. Compare the final order total, including any fees shown, with what you intended to spend.
This announcement is most useful to existing eligible members. It does not establish that buying a membership will give you access to a particular drop, or that the value of an unknown offer will cover the membership cost.
How to use it
Active DashPass members should open the DoorDash app on the specified versions or newer on Tuesdays during the offer period, check under their profile for DashPass Drops, and claim the offer promptly within the hour.
Offers are limited to certain active DashPass members, valid only during the specified time window, and subject to availability. DoorDash reserves the right to modify or end the Drops at any time.
