What is included in the 37-count set?
Sam’s Club describes this package as 36 assorted Prismacolor Premier Soft Core colored pencils plus one dual-ended chisel-tip art marker. The marker offers four line-width options, and the set includes a metal case for storage. The “37 count” therefore does not mean 37 colored pencils.
Price and savings math
- Current price checked: $12.91
- Retailer’s previous price: $19.87
- Difference: $19.87 − $12.91 = $6.96
- Pencil-only cost: $12.91 ÷ 36 ≈ $0.36 per colored pencil, with the marker treated as an extra item
The $6.96 calculation uses the comparison price displayed by Sam’s Club. It does not establish a historical low or the price at every club. For other pack-size comparisons, use our unit-price comparison guide.
How to check the offer
- Open the official Prismacolor 37-count listing at Sam’s Club.
- Confirm the title says Prismacolor Premier Soft Core Colored Pencils, Assorted Colors, 37 Count.
- Check whether shipping, pickup or delivery is available for your club and account.
- Review the final price, membership requirement, shipping or delivery fees and taxes before placing the order.
Who may find this set useful?
The soft-core pencils are intended for layered color, blending and shading. Before buying, check that a 36-color assortment is enough for the project and that the included marker adds useful value. A larger pencil-only set may be a better fit for someone who needs more color variations and does not need the marker.
