Barcode Bandits have struck again! What is with people changing the barcodes at self checkout thinking they won’t get caught? This guy decided to change the barcode on a $400 Dyson Vacuum to pay just $25! Insane right? On top of that when employees tried to stop him, he fled the scene in a vehicle with no license plates.
