Claim up to $40 in the Walmart Class Action Settlement! Walmart settled a packed food case involving poultry, beef, pork, fish and other packaged meats that was priced at unit pricing. Those included in the settlement are customers who between Feb. 7, 2015 and Aug. 26, 2022 purchased weighted goods from Walmart. Walmart was overcharging customers on meats that were priced per pound.
