There is a huge recall right now on Old Spice and Secret spray deodorant right now for having a cancer causing ingredient inside. These recalled products have Benzene inside which is a human carcinogen which can be absorbed through the skin or orally and can cause leukemia or blood cancer of the bone marrow. On top of many different blood clotting issues. Benzene is something we are exposed to on a daily basis but in extreme doses this can be dangerous.
Proctor and Gamble has issued the recall on certain lots of Old Spice and Secret Deodorant listed below. As of right now there have been no reports of any adverse affects on anyone using these products. The recall was just out of caution.
