Some Target customers may have money coming to them! Target has agreed to settle a large class action lawsuit against them. Customers that used a Target RedCard from 2012-2019 may be able to claim cash.
According to this $8.2 million dollar class action, Target deceptively marketed its RedCard Debit Card. Consumers believed it worked like a traditional debit card in which purchases are approved and debited from their bank account immediately. This was not the case.
