Have you shopped at Eddie Bauer? A class action lawsuit that has come up against the outdoor apparel clothing store alleging “fake sales” to drive business. This is the second time since last year complaints have been filed against Eddie Bauer.
The settlement states Eddie Bauer states 40-60% off nearly daily, so items are never the actual retail price. Fake sales are commonplace among many large retail stores.
