New Class Action Lawsuits & Settlements

Documents organized for home inventory planning

Track consumer class actions, understand which cases have an open claim process, and go directly to official notices. A filed lawsuit and a settlement accepting claims are different stages; a new listing here does not mean the lawsuit was filed today.

Source review: November 3, 2026. Selected notices and announcements checked for this initial edition. This is a curated resource, not a complete list of every case, recall or sale.

Filed cases being tracked

Verisign .com domain-name pricing lawsuit — active case

Case: Kessler v. VeriSign, Inc. et al., No. 2:26-cv-09960, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Counsel lists a September 4, 2026 filing date.

What is alleged: Hagens Berman says the lawsuit challenges allegedly anticompetitive .com registry pricing involving Verisign and ICANN. These are the plaintiffs’ allegations, not a finding of wrongdoing.

Who may want to follow it: People or businesses that registered or renewed .com domains since 2022, according to counsel. This is active litigation, not an announced settlement payout. No settlement claim deadline or payment amount is established in the source reviewed.

Read counsel’s case announcement; it is a party’s account of the case, not independent court adjudication.

Settlements with an open claim deadline

Capital One Arena / Aramark venue fees — claims due December 4

Potential class: U.S. individuals who bought from Aramark at Capital One Arena and paid a 3% venue fee between October 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025.

Status: Proposed settlement in Alexander Garner v. Aramark Management Services LP, D.C. Superior Court, No. 2025-CAB-007444. Aramark denies wrongdoing. The administrator lists December 4, 2026 for claims, exclusions and objections; check the notice for submission requirements and timing. A fairness hearing is listed for January 15, 2027.

Next step: Use the official settlement website to review eligibility, claim instructions and legal options. A claim is not a guaranteed payment.

GoodRx privacy settlement — claims due December 29

Potential class: U.S. natural persons who used a GoodRx website, app or service before April 20, 2024, subject to the official exclusions.

Case: Doe et al. v. GoodRx Holdings, Inc. et al., No. 4:23-cv-00501-AMO, Northern District of California. The proposed settlement concerns alleged disclosure of user information.

Deadline: Online claims are due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on December 29, 2026; mailed claims must be postmarked by that date. The administrator lists a February 11, 2027 final-approval hearing. Payment depends on a valid claim and the settlement process; no individual award is guaranteed.

Read the official notice and claim options before supplying information.

How to use a class-action listing

  • Match your own history. Check the company, purchase or account period, geography and exclusions. A familiar brand name alone does not establish eligibility.
  • Confirm the case stage. An investigation is not a filed case; a filed case is not necessarily a certified class; a proposed settlement still requires its approval process.
  • Use the administrator’s instructions. Follow the proof, identity and submission requirements in the notice. Keep your own submission confirmation and supporting records.
  • Compare legal options carefully. Claiming, doing nothing, objecting and opting out can have different consequences. Read the case-specific notice or ask a qualified lawyer about your circumstances.
  • Keep personal data off this site. GlitchNDealz does not collect settlement applications or file claims for readers. Submit only through an independently confirmed official route.

What changes here

The daily review looks for additional supported cases, newly opened claims, deadline changes and court or administrator updates. Passed deadlines move out of the open-claim list. Original filing and notice dates stay visible so an older case is not presented as a brand-new lawsuit.

General consumer information, not legal advice. An entry does not establish that you qualify, create an attorney-client relationship or promise compensation.
