Molson Coors Beverage Co which owns Vizzy Hard Seltzer has recently agreed to settle a Class Action Lawsuit for false advertisement. The company went under fire recently with their claims of each can having Vitamin C from Acerola Superfruits. While the company has not admitted to any wrongdoing, they have agreed to settle for $9.5 million to anyone above 21 living in the United States that has purchased between an. 1, 2020, and March 10, 2023.
Claimants can claim $5 per 24 pack bought, $3 per 12 pack and $0.75 per single can with proof of purchase.
