The Children’s Place is a very popular clothing store for young children! They seem to offer affordable pricing on all their clothes! However The Children’s Place has officially decided to PAY in their Class Action Settlement!
Have you ever shopped at The Children’s Place? If so you will know about their “Great” sale prices. However their sale prices are now considered fake! In this current Class Action Settlement, the company is being accused of providing “fake” sales. The Children’s Place would market their items with a higher price and then an in store sale price which was significantly discounted. However they never actually sold the higher priced items for that higher price. The Children’s Place has agreed to pay $6.8 million and will be giving 800,000 vouchers to consumers. If you shipped at The Children’s Place either in store or online between Feb11th, 2012 and January 28th, 2022 you may qualify!
