Google has been slammed with a class action lawsuit alleging it has been collecting personal information on elementary school students without parental knowledge or consent.
Google provides Chromebooks and G Suite to New Mexico schools these products free of charge. The New Mexico Attorney General states these are widely used in public elementary schools.
