Macy’s gets it- they know sometimes that dress just doesn’t fit the way we expected or that decor doesn’t match exactly the way we wanted it to. So, they have made it easy to complete returns, make exchanges, and get refunds. With Macy’s Return Policy, you have 90 days to return or exchange your items after purchase. Macy’s Return Policy
In-store purchase- Bring the item you want to return or exchange and your original receipt. If you can’t find your original receipt, don’t fret. The store associate can locate your purchase by using the original card you used to make your purchase or by using the item’s tags. So, be sure to hang on to your tags if you remove them.
Online purchase- Return via UPS for free. All you need to initiate your return is your order confirmation number. So, pull up the confirmation email you received at the time of your order, where you will see this number. Then, scroll to the bottom and click “Free Returns.” Here you will fill in your confirmation number and other information. Once filled in, you will print your free shipping label and slip. You can use the original packaging to return your order. Just place the new label over the original and seal the package. Drop it off at a UPS location or dropbox, or drop it off at your local Macy’s Store. Unlike many other stores, you can return your online orders in-store as well. Just bring the item you want to return and the packing slip that came with it to your local Macy’s.
For all returns, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
