If you’ve purchased Seagram’s Ginger Ale products between the dates of April 1, 2013 and June 13, 2019, you can make a claim for up to 13 product units with no proof of purchase with this Ginger Ale Class Action Settlement. The reason for the lawsuit is due to misleading marketing and labeling of Seagrams Ginger Ale Products. The products were advertised as “Made with Real Ginger.”
