These salad mixes are from the company Dole and Fresh Express with brands like Bowl & Basket, Giant Eagle, Little Salad Bar, Marketside, O Organics, Signature Farms, Simply Nature, Weis Fresh from the Field, and Wellsley Farms Organic. The affected salad mixes are anything bagged, from mixed greens to garden salads and more with best by dates all the way out to January 8th.
Listeria can cause a bacteria infection that kills people each year mostly older adults and kids.
